Your Very Own Private Whisky Tasting
For up to 20 people, this will be a private and curated whisky tasting hosted by myself in one of Edinburgh’s traditional and iconic whisky pubs.
Enjoy a 5 whisky lineup hand-picked by myself to take you through flavour, stories, and discovery.
This is open to all whisky drinkers and non-whisky drinkers. The full curation of the tasting will be personalised to you and your preferences.*

Lessons in Whisky
Learn the lessons that I’ve learnt through over 130+ Whisky Stories Podcast episodes. Master Blenders, Distillers, Brand Ambassadors and Distillery Owners & Founders.
This is a relaxed 2 hour session with drams on the table, learning lessons that have been passed on through the podcast. All whisky comes from my own personal collection and will range from new make spirit, aged blends, historic bottlings, single malts, and world whiskies.
Smaller groups welcome and we can host up to 10 people.

Edinburgh Whisky Experiences
Experience the wonders of whisky in Edinburgh.
Edinburgh is steeped in whisky history, and the new thriving whisky scene in Scotland. This gives you the chance to sample drams in traditional Edinburgh whisky pubs & bars, visit major whisky landmarks in the city, and meet Independent Bottlers in the city.
This is a great way to spend time in Edinburgh, hearing stories, drinking drams and creating memories.
Ideal for groups ranging from 1 person to 6 people.

Full Curated Access
This is a chance to travel throughout Scotland and experience access to whisky makers, distilleries and incredible whiskies.
This multiple day experience can range from 2 to 5 days. Travelling throughout Scotland you’ll get a chance to visit distilleries and get uncharted access to parts of the whisky industry that not many people get to see.
Meet the people behind the brands, try whisky from the casks, and see distilleries that not everyone gets the chance to see.
Ideal for groups ranging from 1 person to 6 people.
